Lyle House

The Lyle House is our largest completed residential build out that took place over the summer of 2023. Valued at $400,000. We built about a 1,000 sq. ft. expansion on the home that also included a complete gut and remodel of the existing upper level.

Historical Mansion

Slated to end in late 2023, the Bona Allen Mansion, listed on the National Historic Landmark Registry, is one of our residential projects currently valued at $2mil. In this project, we are renovating most of the home to create a liveable space for the homeowner, while also maintaining the historical integrity of the property. Details of our construction include pressure washing of the entire property, intricate woodwork and masonry, and restoring the finishes throughout the home.
