Scope: Interior Renovation / Breakroom Build-Out
This project involved demolition of existing walls and construction of a new breakroom, including core drilling for a new drain line. Additional work included lighting replacement, full wall painting, new flooring, and custom millwork at the reception desk and breakroom. Although smaller in square footage, the project required multiple trades and careful coordination.
Change Church Stone Mountain

Scope: Large-Scale Interior Renovation / Multi-Level Facility Improvements
This project involved renovations across over 90,000 square feet of active church space, including improvements to the sanctuary, stage areas, gymnasium, classrooms, administrative offices, fellowship spaces, support rooms, and much more. The scope included major interior reconfiguration, structural modifications, framing, upgraded finishes, and facility improvements designed to support both worship and daily community use. We continue working closely with Change Church to meet evolving needs and provide ongoing improvements as additional phases develop.

Scope: Interior Tenant Improvement / Office Buildout
This tenant improvement project included the buildout of a first-floor office suite with new office walls, sliding glass partitions, carpet throughout, updated lighting, HVAC modifications, and a new sink installation in the break room. The space was designed to create a clean and functional office environment while integrating new construction with existing building systems.
Just Love Coffee Cafe

Scope: Restaurant Tenant Improvement / Café Buildout
This project transformed an existing shell space in Alpharetta, GA into a fully operational Just Love Coffee café, with construction spanning over 1,700 square feet. Scope included customer seating areas, service counter construction, kitchen and prep spaces, restroom buildout, back-of-house support areas, custom interior finishes, equipment coordination, and additional improvements required to support daily café operations.

Scope: Office Interior Renovation / Workspace Improvements
This project involved a full office interior renovation focused on improving layout, functionality, and overall finish quality. Scope included construction of new office partitions, installation of glass kits and sidelights, new carpet throughout primary office areas, LVT flooring in the breakroom, finish updates, and coordinated trade work to support the revised floor plan and create a more modern workplace environment.
Seaboard Industrial East Parking/Acid Building

Scope: Industrial Demolition / Site Preparation
This project involved demolition of a former specialty chemical blending building located within an active industrial redevelopment site. Due to prior site contamination history, work required strict safety procedures, utility coordination, controlled demolition methods, and careful site management. The demolition area was then prepared for future site use, including surface improvements and parking expansion.
