With over 35 years of experience, David Lundy makes sure he finished each job with the highest quality of work, while still keeping within the initial cost of the bid. David has completed commercial projects with budgets in excess if $13 million dollars on time and within budget for customers such as Link, Stream Realty, Atlanta Public schools, Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, Northbelt buildings for Colliers Realty and the CDC, FEMA and the FBI. He also recently oversaw the planning and completion of Zion market, a 44,000 sf. grocery store in Duluth, Georgia.
